1963 - 1965 SCHOOL SOUNDS • PLENTYWOOD BAND & CHOIR
Recently, Mr. Leo Froelich, Plentywood Music Director from 1962-1967, donated a musical CD to the Plentywood Education & Alumni Foundation, from the original 1963-1965 School Sounds record. The CD contains songs performed by the HS Band and Choir as well as the 7th & 8th Grade Band. Some of the featured musical pieces include:
Marriage of Figaro (PHS Band), Rockin‘ Rosie (Stage Band), Highlight from Music Man (PHS Band), Early One Morning (PHS Choir), March Independintia (7 & 8 Grade Students), I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes - Duet (Mary Janis Johnson Lidahl) as well Theme from The Apartment for Piano and Band (Barbara Messinger Bigger - Pianist).
